Of course, our encapsulatedbottom chafing dish work with any induction cooker in themarket but I strongly recomment you to take our inductionrange. Most of the inductioncooker being sold in the market are for cooking, however whenin a buffet, you just need the chafer to keep the food warm.The lowest power of the ordinary induction range is 300W or abovewhich will make the chafer temperature close to 100 centidegree. Our cooker can keep and control the temperature from 60-80centi degree precisely to keep the food fresh.
